02Information from this website

When you request a demo, we collect the details you enter:

• Your name, company, email address and phone number.
• Your project location, approximate number of units and anything you tell us about the project.

We use this only to reply to you, arrange a demo and discuss working together. We also collect basic technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site working and secure.

03Information from our clients

When a developer or agency works with us, we hold the contact details of the people on their team, their admin logins, billing details, and the project material they send us, such as plans and unit lists.

04Buyers who view a project

Buyers open Akarat through links shared by a developer. To help the developer understand interest, a tracked link can record:

• When the link was opened and how long the visit lasted.
• Which buildings, floors and units were viewed, and any viewing request the buyer sends.
• Basic device and browser information.

For this information, the developer who shared the link decides how it is used and is responsible for it. We process it on their behalf and only to provide the service to them. Buyers who have questions about their information should contact the developer first; we will help them respond.

Interior designs a buyer creates can be saved in their own browser on their device. That saved design stays on the device and is not sent to us unless the buyer chooses to export or share it.

05Why we use information

• To provide, host and support Akarat for our clients.
• To reply to demo requests and business enquiries.
• To send invoices and manage our client relationships.
• To keep the platform secure, fix problems and improve it.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use buyer information for our own marketing.

06Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Akarat, such as hosting, email and analytics providers, under agreements that protect it; with the developer who shared a tracked link, for buyer information; and where the law requires. Current providers: [LIST OF PROVIDERS].

07Storage and retention
